Hospitality Center of the Iron Range

Eveleth is more than the hockey capital of Minnesota.

Located along & adjacent to US Highway 53, this Iron Trail community is home to the World’s Largest Hockey Stick, United States Hockey Hall of Fame and one of the area’s most breathtaking sites, the Leonidas Overlook Mineview. The overlook reflects more than a century of mining activity, dating back to 1901, when production first began along the Iron Trail.

The Fayal Pond Trail System will delight and refresh the weary traveler. It’s the perfect spot to stretch your legs and enjoy a picnic with its three-tier lit fountain, floating bridge and big bobber. Nearby, you’ll find Veteran’s Lake Park, with a public beach and boat access.

Eveleth is also home to the Range Recreation Civic Center, the area’s newest state-of-the-art curling club and host to a variety of banquets, conventions and recreational activities. Don’t leave town without taking a trip through our souvenir and gift shop, located right on Main Street.
